When we give people guidelines that they can embrace, and allow them to use their autonomy, creativity, and strengths to determine how they can best fit them into THEIR vision for THEIR lives, it translates to a powerful formula for a lifelong approach to support health and vitality. (Kind of like the "teach a man to fish" proverb.)
